M1 Vocational Student

M-1 Vocational Student: M-1 student visa is required to study in vocational program or non-academic program, other than language training program by enrolling into accredited institution in the United States.

General Requirement to file M-1 visa:

Must be enrolled as a full-time student in a vocational program into SEVP approved institution.
Must be proficient in English language or enrolled into English proficiency course
Must show evidence of having sufficient funds to self-support during the full course of vocational study
Must maintain residence in his or her home country and have intent to return to home country after completion of study
